Constructing a building involves different grades of materials like sand, cement, iron, etc. Traditionally, people have constructed houses using nature related elements like leaves, mud, etc. After industrialization, people started constructing houses and industries with materials like steal, cement, etc. But now during 21st century, things have changed.
People are not ready to stay in 19th century houses. Even small house owner wants a beautifully house constructed with different materials. Traditionally, for constructing a house, it normally takes 3 months to construct a house.
Nowadays, people don't want to wait that much time. They want houses to be constructed in a short period of time. As per people's requirement, industries also started creating construction materials with different varieties of alternative materials like bamboo, plastic, etc.
Understanding the requirements of clients, builders are also coming up with a new style of construction call 'prefabricated construction'; what happens here is that the materials which are needed to construct a house are prefabricated, then they are brought to the construction site, and then they fix the house at the construction site.
Not only they can be constructed in 24 hours, this prefabricated house can compete with the traditional house in terms of providing security and withstanding to weather conditions.
Besides, the life period of this house is also long compared with the traditional house. Nowadays, though so many manufacturers are ready to supply prefabricated materials, people are yet to accept these prefabricated houses. They are still thinking that prefabricated houses are not for them to live in; but they are seeing those houses as recreational ones, for spending some time in the evening or night or weekend.
They are not thinking to reside in the prefabricated house and treat it on par with the traditional house; mindset problem.
If you want to construct a prefabricated house then this blog asks you a question: do you stay in that prefabricated house or use it only for your recreational purpose?
